客戶提供使用要求，我公司安排技術部設計報價，客戶確認后我公司安排生產(chǎn)部生產(chǎn)。
箱體采用鋁合金壓鑄成型，加工工序特殊處理，表面高速拋光后高壓靜電噴塑，顏色為“雅明”色，隔爆面車床加工，確保達到防爆標準。
箱體拼接采用螺絲連接，連接處采用橡皮密封，確保箱體達到密封效果。
內(nèi)裝品牌元件與安森防爆元件（客戶可提供元件），配件采用安森防爆配件，電纜線采用國家標準電纜線進行產(chǎn)生。
產(chǎn)品完成后我公司進行檢驗調試，確定產(chǎn)品合格后準予出廠。
產(chǎn)品包裝采用木箱紙箱包裝，確保產(chǎn)品運輸過程不受到損壞。
客戶使用注意事項，隔爆箱嚴禁帶電開蓋！隔爆箱非專業(yè)人員嚴禁開蓋！請詳細閱讀產(chǎn)品使用說明書后使用！如產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)故障請與我公司，請勿擅自維修操作！
